Every custom set starts with a $99 Bedding Brainstorm, a one-on-one design session where you share your theme, colors, fabrics, and crib details. Your personal quote is prepared after the Brainstorm, and once you approve your design and place your deposit, production begins.
Fit depends on your crib and mattress, so please share their measurements before ordering. Your fitted sheet is made to the exact specs you send, whether your crib is standard, round, or an heirloom piece with unusual dimensions. Compatibility with a particular crib or mattress isn’t confirmed until the measurements have been reviewed.

For babies under 12 months, the American Academy of Pediatrics recommends a bare crib with only a fitted sheet, so blankets and decorative pieces are best enjoyed outside the crib until your pediatrician says otherwise.
Platinum custom sets take six to ten weeks from design approval to your door. Ideally, order by week 20 to 22 of your pregnancy. If you have a date in mind, mention it before you order, since timing for other designs can vary.
For Platinum sets, a minimum $250 down payment secures your order. Production begins once 50% of the total has been paid, and the remaining balance is due before your set ships. Deposits are non-refundable. Your quote spells out the terms that apply to your order.
You’ll review your design choices during your Bedding Brainstorm and confirm your fabrics, measurements, and any monogram spelling before production starts. Ask about any detail you’re unsure of before you approve, because custom pieces can’t be changed once they’re in production.
Your bedding is made to the design and specifications you approved, so returns and alterations aren’t available for a change of mind or a preference that differs from the approved design. If a piece was made incorrectly and doesn’t match your approved design, contact us with your order number and photos. The discrepancy will be reviewed and the right fix discussed with you.
