Every order ships at one simple flat rate, based on where it’s going. Nursery designs and design services are delivered digitally, so they never carry a shipping charge.

One flat rate covers your whole order. If your cart includes crib bedding, the bedding rate applies to everything in it. You’ll see the exact cost at checkout before you pay, and as soon as your order ships, a tracking number is emailed to you so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t be responsible for orders delivered to an address that was entered incorrectly.
Custom bedding, personalized pieces, and design concept packages are made specifically for you, so they are final sale and can’t be returned, exchanged, or canceled once production has begun. That’s why it’s so important to review your design, fabrics, measurements, and any monogram spelling carefully before you approve it.
Deposits: a minimum $250 down payment secures a Platinum custom bedding order. Production begins once 50% of the total has been paid, and the remaining balance is due before your order ships. Deposits are non-refundable.
Gifts that aren’t custom-made, such as blankets, plush toys, and baskets, can be returned for store credit:

Every piece is backed by our work. If something arrives damaged, or doesn’t match your approved design, contact us right away with photos of the item and your order number. We’ll review it and make it right.
In the rare and heartbreaking event of a stillbirth or infant loss, you’ll receive a full refund. These situations are handled with the utmost care, discretion, and compassion. Please reach out whenever you’re ready, in whatever way is easiest for you.
